How we protect your child and your data
AIStorinha is a parent-controlled story product. Below is how we design for child safety and privacy, plus the local law context for this language.
Product practices
The account is always the adult
Parents and guardians own the account. Each child's details are managed under that adult account. Children do not hold independent product logins.
Not a companion chatbot
AIStorinha creates and reads stories. It is not an open-ended chatbot companion for children.
Safety review before the child reads
Generated stories go through the product safety review path before the finished story is presented for the child to read.
Data used for the service
We collect account, each child's preferences, and story content needed to run the service. We do not sell child data.
Local law context (English-speaking markets)
When you use AIStorinha in English-speaking markets, we design the product with child privacy expectations in mind, including U.S. COPPA (as updated) where voice and other personal data of children may be in scope.
Primary reference: COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), including treatment of personal information of children under 13. Voice recordings may be personal information under current COPPA guidance.
This page explains product practices. It is not legal advice. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and may change.
