By creating an account, accessing, or using AIStorinha in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AIStorinha.

AIStorinha is an AI-powered story creation platform designed for parents and educators. The platform uses Gemini AI Models and specialized components to generate personalized, illustrated stories for children. Services include story generation, AI illustration, text-to-speech narration, interactive live story mode, and multi-format export (PDF, EPUB, Word, Google Docs, Video).

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on AIStorinha. The platform is designed for adults (parents, guardians, and educators) to create stories for children. Children may only access stories through a parent or educator account and under adult supervision. We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to create accounts.

As an account holder, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• The story prompts and configurations you submit for generation
• Supervising any children who access content through your account

All stories, illustrations, and audio content produced by AIStorinha are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). Important points:

• AI output may occasionally contain unexpected or imperfect results. We strongly encourage parents to review stories before sharing them with children.
• You retain rights to your original story prompts and configurations.
• AIStorinha retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve platform quality and AI agent performance.
• Your personal data and story content are never used for AI model training, as per Google's API terms.
• Every story passes through our SafetyAgent with a two-pass content review to check for age-appropriate language, positive values, and absence of harmful content.

When using AIStorinha, you agree NOT to:

• Submit prompts designed to generate offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or disable safety filters or content moderation systems
• Abuse API rate limits or consume resources in an unreasonable manner
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate content that could be harmful to children or promote violence, hatred, or discrimination

• The AIStorinha name, design, brand assets, and platform technology are the intellectual property of AIStorinha and its creators.
• Story configurations, prompts, and personalization choices you create are owned by you.
• AI-generated content (stories, illustrations) is provided for your personal use. Commercial use requires explicit permission.
• Do not use AIStorinha to infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

AIStorinha is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. The platform is currently offered free of charge during the beta phase. Story generation depends on third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) and may be temporarily unavailable due to provider outages or maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

AIStorinha and all AI-generated content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Parents are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it with children. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or zero during the free tier).

• Account -- You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. The live product immediately removes direct personal data, while minimal anonymized audit or compliance records may remain when legally required.
• Account -- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, attempt to circumvent safety measures, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Account -- Upon account termination, anonymized AI interaction logs (which cannot be traced back to you) may be retained for service improvement purposes.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of AIStorinha shall be submitted to the courts of Brazil. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
